1. Property Directory
The report shows portfolio main matrices for each property. The metrics including names, addresses, total market rent, total sqft., owners and more. You can easily preform sorting and customize the report.
2. Gross Potential Rent
Gross Potential Rent is calculated by taking the market rent of every unit on the property and adding them up. It is the maximum amount of money your property could make if it was 100{e408967849410b2d1ac25696a224dc84591feaa64955f2d714e820cdac878b18} occupied and every unit was making market rent.
3. Keys details (Coming soon)
This report shows assignee, check in time and check out time from unit. It will also include sorting capabilities and other data such as reason for entering the unit, free text and remarks.
4. Inventory (coming soon)
The Inventory report shows important inventory such as appliances, major systems or tools in property (such as central commercial water heaters, water pumps, vending machines, etc.). Each product may include installation date, warranty period, notifications set up and other info tabs such as S/N.
