The rent-roll report shows all tenants with an active lease in each property. The report includes the tenant’s name, deposits held, market rent and the balance owed. This report shows all leases based on property and searchable by owner.

Gross Potential Rent is calculated by taking the market rent of every unit on the property and adding them up. It is the maximum amount of money your property could make if it was 100{e408967849410b2d1ac25696a224dc84591feaa64955f2d714e820cdac878b18} occupied and every unit was making market rent.
